Overview:
This design uses a single-chip microcomputer as the main control component, presets the output current value through the keyboard and displays it in real time using the liquid crystal module. The hardware part of the whole system is composed of a microcontroller module, a voltage-current conversion module, a keyboard module, a display module, a DC stabilized power supply module and a voice prompt module. The system structure block diagram is shown in Figure 1.

In order to make the hardware circuit simple, the system performance is stable and reliable, and it is convenient to realize the coordination of functions such as voice broadcast, keyboard setting and real-time information display. After a variety of schemes, the Lingyang 16-bit single-chip SPCE061A is selected. The MCU is designed using modern electronic technology, system on a chip (SOC) technology, which integrates ADC, DAC, PLL, AGC, DTMF, LCD-DRIVER and other circuits (related to IC models). It uses a reduced instruction set (RISC) with instruction cycles in units of CPU clocks. In addition, it also has DSP chip function, built-in 16-bit hardware multiplier and adder, and is equipped with special instructions owned by DSP, which greatly accelerates the running speed of various algorithms. At the same time, you can use Lingyang 16 MCU application development tool in Windows environment. This tool supports standard C language and Lingyang MCU assembly language, integrating assembly, programming, simulation and other functions, greatly speeding up the software development process. Lingyang MCU has the characteristics of high speed, low price, reliability, practicality, small size and low power consumption. It is more suitable to use the MCU as a controller. It is easy to realize A/D and D/A conversion under the premise of simple hardware circuit. Voice prompts, PID calculations and other functions.
The main function of the display module is to display the set current output value and other human-computer interaction information. This section can use seven-segment digital LED display to realize the display of numbers, simple letters and decimal points, but because of its single display information, human-computer interaction is not friendly, the character LCD screen LCDSMC1602A module is used in the system. The module has the advantages of light and thin, low voltage, low power consumption, small size, no radiation danger, flat right angle display and stable image without flicker. It is convenient for displaying letters, numbers, symbols and other information, and does not need to expand too many peripheral circuits, and can directly control the output display by the single chip microcomputer.
