Common Faults and Judgment (1) OC Alarm LCD panel display: plus, minus, constant current.
For a short-time high-current OC alarm, the current detection circuit of the driver board generally has problems, and the module may have been subjected to an impact (damage). It is possible that the fault may continue to occur after the reset. The basic causes are as follows: : Arc effect caused by excessively long motor cable, excessive output leakage current caused by cable selection criticality, loose output cable joints, and increased load current due to cable damage.
When the 24V fan power supply of a small capacity (below 7.5G11) inverter is short-circuited, it will also cause OC3 alarm. At this time, the 24V fan power on the motherboard will be damaged, and other functions of the motherboard will be normal. If “1, OC2” alarm occurs and “OC3” alarm is displayed when it cannot be reset or power on, it may be a problem with the motherboard. If the RUN button is pressed, “OC3” alarm is displayed, then the driver board is broken.
(2) OLU alarm LCD panel display: Inverter overload.
When the G/P9 series inverter has this alarm, it can be solved by three methods: First, modify the parameter settings of “Torque boost”, “Acceleration/deceleration time” and “Energy saving operation”; second, measure the output of the inverter with the card meter. Is it really too large; finally use an oscilloscope to observe the output of the detection point in the upper left corner of the motherboard to determine if the motherboard is damaged.
(3) OU1 alarm keypad panel LCD display: overvoltage during acceleration.
When “OU” alarm occurs in the general inverter, the first consideration should be given to whether the cable is too long, whether the insulation is aging, whether the electrolytic capacitor in the DC intermediate section is damaged, and at the same time, the on-line self-tuning of the motor can be considered for large inertia load. In addition, the multimeter is used to measure the intermediate DC link voltage at startup. If the voltage displayed by the measuring instrument is different from the LCD display voltage of the operation panel, the detection circuit of the main board is faulty and the main board needs to be replaced. When the DC bus voltage is higher than 780VDC, the inverter will make OU alarm; when it is lower than 350VDC, the inverter will make an undervoltage LU alarm.
(4) LU alarm LCD panel display: under voltage.
If the device often alarms “LU Undervoltage”, you may want to initialize the inverter's parameters (H03 is set to 1 and confirmed), and then increase the inverter's carrier frequency (parameter F26). If the LU of the E9 device is under voltage alarm and cannot be reset, there is a problem with the (power) driver board.
(5) EF alarm Keyboard panel LCD display: short circuit to ground.
When this alarm occurs in the G/P9 series inverter, the main board or Hall element may be faulty.
(6) Er1 alarm LCD panel display: abnormal memory.
About the G/P9 series inverter "ER1 not reset" fault processing: remove the FWD-CD short circuit, power on, press and hold the RESET key to power off, know that the LED power indicator light extinguish and then let go; then re-power, see Look at the "ER1 does not reset" failure is lifted, if this method can not be lifted, then the internal code has been lost, can only replace the motherboard.
(7) Er7 alarm LCD display on keypad panel: poor self-tuning.
When this fault alarm occurs in G/P11 series inverters, the charging resistor is generally damaged (small-capacity inverter). The other is to check whether the internal contactor is closed (large-capacity inverter, 30G11 or more; and when the inverter with load output will alarm), the contactor's auxiliary contacts are in good contact; if the internal contactor does not pull in first Check if the 1A fuse on the driver board is damaged. It may also be a problem with the driver board - check if the two-core signal sent to the motherboard is normal.
