Cree has announced four new CXA LED arrays that combine high brightness, high efficacy and ease of use. The new CXA LED array includes the CXA1507, CXA1512, CXA2520 and CXA2530. Available in different lumen levels and optical sizes in two different package configurations, with a minimum color rendering index (CRI) of 80 and 90 options. Cree's latest CXA LED arrays are optimized for design simplification and lower system cost, delivering system-level performance from 500-5,000 lm and 146 lm/W efficacy for LED replacement lamps to commercial downlights Application requirements.

LED arrays can provide the CXA EasyWhite ® color temperatures, using only one LED devices can provide excellent color consistency of lighting design. The CXA LED array is designed to be used as a single device to simulate a traditional lighting product with a single filament appearance. A single device means simplified design, manufacturing and inventory management, enabling luminaire manufacturers to reduce time-to-market and reduce manufacturing costs.
