The solar photovoltaic industry has quietly risen in Yunnan
On the afternoon of the 10th, the sun was a bit spicy in Anning, Hehe Township. Behind Li Shaoguang, a 46-year-old villager, is a street lamp a few meters high. On a clear night, he and the villagers can play poker and chat under the street lamp. The street lamp is not connected to the wire, and the sun will shine when it shines. Li Shaoguang said. In Minghehe Township, the streetlights that directly use the sun have been installed 57 miles, and the entire villages and towns of Anning City have installed 334 baht, becoming the first county in Yunnan Province to pilot solar streetlights in villages and towns.
The successful pilot of solar streetlights in Anning Village has the significance of showing that the solar photovoltaic industry (the industry that directly converts sunlight into electricity) has quietly emerged in Yunnan. Xie Jian, deputy director of the Solar Energy Research Institute of Yunnan Normal University, said.
From product to industry
For 5 consecutive days of rain, the street lights will also be bright. Wang Shengyun, chairman of Yunnan Clean Energy Technology Co., Ltd., who is responsible for the installation and operation of the solar street light in Minghe River, said that the power of each solar light is 15 watts. The light bulb adopts the most advanced LED semiconductor light source in China. Compared with ordinary incandescent lamps, this kind of bulb can save more than 70% energy, and its lighting life is much larger than ordinary bulbs, more than 100,000 hours. It is reported that the cost of each solar street lamp is close to 8,000 yuan.
In fact, solar power plants have been used on highways from Dali to Kunming. Not only that, the East Third Ring Road and Guangfu Road in Kunming, there are already solar street lights shining, some gardens and lawn lighting, etc. have also begun to use the power generated by solar energy, in the traditional energy shortage, especially the international oil price is high In the case, it will not take long for the household appliances of the city to use solar power. Xie Jian said.
Solar street lights are just a signal for the rise of Yunnan's photovoltaic industry. In Chuxiong, Dali and Lijiang, the construction of solar power projects with an investment of more than 100 million has come to an end. Each village was built with a total of 52 buildings. Teacher Zhang of the Solar Energy Research Institute of Yunnan Normal University told the reporter that the total installed power of 52 solar power stations is 334 kW.
High cost promotion
The reason why solar power plants can only be built in remote mountain villages is difficult to promote in cities. A decisive factor is that solar power generation costs are very high. It is understood that the current sales price of crystalline silicon photovoltaic panels for each watt of solar power generation components is 80 yuan and 100 yuan, including a crystalline silicon solar power panel that converts solar energy into electrical energy and the service life of converting direct current into alternating current is about 30 years. . That is to say, if you spend 30 yuan to buy a watt of solar modules, it takes 1000 hours to produce electricity. In this way, the cost of solar power per degree is more than 5 yuan, which is the biggest obstacle to the promotion of solar power.
Another problem with the promotion of solar power lies in the grid connection of solar power. Xie Jian introduced that the solar power project that is currently being put into operation in the 3 cities of western Yunnan is called off-grid power supply, that is, it cannot be integrated into the power supply of the large power grid, and only a regional small power grid can be established separately. Small network maintenance costs are very high. Xie Jian said that the best storage and balance of solar power is to be merged into the large power grid, but the relevant departments of the country have not issued regulations on solar power grid connection.
Industry outlook is promising
At present, the solar photovoltaic industry has created a number of new energy tycoons such as Shi Zhengrong, while Yunnan, which is rich in sunshine resources and has deep scientific research, is still unknown. According to the data, the total solar radiation in Yunnan is 3620-6682 MJ/m2, and the annual sunshine is 960-2840 hours. The average annual sunshine in Kunming is over 2400 hours, and the annual solar radiation is 5461 MJ/m2. In other words, the solar energy obtained in Kunming's land per square meter for one year is equivalent to the energy produced by 1500 kilowatts of electricity.
In the photovoltaic industry, there were 10 companies in Kunming last year engaged in the research and application of the photovoltaic industry, with an output value of about 350 million yuan. The solar cell developed by the Solar Energy Research Institute of Yunnan Normal University has been tested on the scientific satellite launched by China. At the same time, the solar energy and building integration research results have built the solar swimming pool with the largest lighting area. Currently, Yunnan can It is said to be an important solar energy industry research and development base in the country. During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the government can fully invest in the construction of a 50MW demonstration project, and at the same time establish an off-grid centralized and household photovoltaic system to gradually solve the problem of electrification of powerless rural households in remote areas using photovoltaic systems.
