In the bidding activities, there are collusion bidding bad behavior records or suspected collusion bidding and are under investigation by the competent authorities or have had a history of litigation and arbitration within five years with the Shenzhen Metro Group. The claims and arbitration applications have not been supported by the court or the arbitral tribunal. Or if it is engaged in litigation or arbitration with Shenzhen Metro Group, its bidding documents will not be accepted (the bidder will provide a letter of commitment and be signed and affixed with the official seal by the authorized representative).
