Second, the system interface
After powering on, you need to pair the remote control. After success, there will be a series of operation tips before entering the homepage. After the open level the system has been updated twice.

At normal speed, returning to the home page, controlling playback, selecting episodes, and opening the App are all successful.
Voice playback weather forecast is also a very useful feature. You can just say "weather" and play local weather. You can also directly say what you want to know about the regional weather, such as "Guilin weather forecast." If you say "weather forecast" directly, it will become an open application.
The Guilin dialect is somewhat similar to the Sichuan dialect, but when the language is set to Sichuan dialect, the recognition rate is very low. The Guilin people speak Mandarin without tongue curls or nasal sounds, and h and f are not separated. I myself am so, and my parents speak more fluent Mandarin. Did not expect them to try it out, speech recognition "ash machine" is "aircraft", search a few videos recognition rate is also good.
Summary: Voice interaction is my most desired function. At normal speech speeds, Putonghua speech recognition is not bad, especially for elderly people who are not able to spell it. The disadvantage is that the time to release the voice key has an effect on the recognition result. If the MIC has noise reduction function, will the recognition effect be better?
V. Local video playback
For audio and video fans, the quality and sound quality of online playback is far from satisfactory. How can glory box Pro play in the local area?
The system has a media center and is actually a built-in player program. There are three categories of video, music, and pictures. They can also be viewed as a directory.
However, this program currently has a bug that only recognizes the Andriod directory under the box's internal storage.
At present, only the “file management†can be used to access the internal storage and USB device directories and find the corresponding play files.
According to the official introduction, Glory Box Pro supports 4K resolution, H.265 hard solution, Dolby 5.1 + DTS 2.0 sound effect. Supported video formats include Blu-ray original formats such as ISO, MKV, MP4, and MOV, and subtitle formats srt, ssa, and ass. The playback function is relatively powerful, with many functions such as audio tracks, subtitles manually loaded, and subtitle adjustments.
1080P "Fantasy Forest" Trailer, video format MOV, encoded H264. The video plays smoothly and the subtitles display normally.
4K movie Korea AOA Women's "Miniskirt" MV, video format is MP4, encoding HEVC. This film is a LG TV 4K demo video. There are sometimes Cattons for playing and drawing, and the sound is intermittent.
The box is connected to the wired network. The 1080P video on the network storage device is normal, but there is a pause when connecting via WIFI. And playing through screencasts is not as smooth. The key is that WIFI is only 2.4G, and the network transmission speed is limited.
Summary: The TV does not have a sound, so it cannot test the sound. The native playback function supports a comprehensive format, but 4K playback performance is not good.

The remote controller uses two AAA batteries to provide power and feel good. Only the voice key is blue, and individuals still like the red power key to distinguish easily. Parents often press the "return" and "menu key" of the TV remote control with the arrow keys. This will not happen with the glory box Pro's remote control.

Glory Box Pro, whether it is the box itself or the power supply, data lines and other accessories, workmanship is very good, and fever is not too large. The system is smooth, interactive design experience is better, and the elderly are also very convenient to operate. What is more regrettable is that its own resources are not much, and voice functions are not integrated with third-party applications.
The main high-definition audio and video output, WIFI does not support 5G, USB is only 2.0, nor the use of HDMI2.0 interface, hardware lack of sincerity. Although Dolby 5.1 + DTS 2.0 is supported, there is no separate digital audio output. If it is as a HD player, it is not qualified. If it is only located in a network TV box, there is no rich online resources. Although third-party apps can be installed on their own, the price of 399 yuan is much higher than other similar products.
Overall, Glory Box Pro is not a very good or cost effective product.
