Flying hands must see the specification of electric multi-rotor drones

First, the pre-flight inspection Before the operation of the drone , the various parts of the drone should be checked accordingly. Any minor problem of the drone may cause accidents or damage during the flight. Therefore, adequate inspection should be done before flight to prevent accidents.

Mechanical part:
1. Before powering on, check the appearance of the relevant parts of the mechanical part, check whether the propeller is in good condition, whether there are stains and cracks on the surface (if there is damage, replace the new propeller to prevent the aircraft from vibrating too much in the flight and cause accident). Check if the propeller rotation is correct, if the installation is tight, and turn the propeller by hand to see if there is interference in the rotation.
2. Check if the motor installation is tight and there is no looseness. (If it is found that the motor is not tightened, stop the flight, use the corresponding tool to fix the motor.) Turn the motor by hand to check whether the motor rotates or not. Whether the inside of the coil is clean and the motor shaft has no obvious bending.
3. Check if the rack is firm and the screws are loose.
4. Check if the rotation of the table is smooth and whether the PTZ camera is installed securely.
5. Check if the aircraft battery is installed correctly and the battery is fully charged.
6. Check that the center of gravity of the aircraft is correct.

Electronic part:
1. Check whether the joints are tight and the plugs are not welded, whether they are loose, weak soldering, poor contact, etc. (DuPont line, XT60, T plug, banana head, etc.).
2. Check whether the outer skin of each wire is intact and whether there is any phenomenon such as scratching and peeling.
3. Check whether the electronic equipment is installed firmly. Make sure that the electronic equipment is clean and complete, and do some protection (such as waterproofing, dustproof, etc.).
4. Check if the pointing of the electronic compass, IMU, etc. is consistent with the pointing of the aircraft nose.
5. Check the battery for damage, bulging, leaking, etc. (If the above situation occurs, stop flying immediately, replace the battery), measure the battery voltage capacity is sufficient (it is recommended to fully charge the battery before each flight).
6. Check if the remote control settings are correct, whether the remote control battery is full, whether the gears are in the corresponding positions, whether the joysticks are fine-tuned to 0, and the throttle should be at the lowest position before power-on.
Note: If there is a big change in the flight site and the previous flight site, it is recommended to re-magnetic compass calibration before take-off.

Second, after the power-on inspection The order of the aircraft to power-off: before taking off, first on the remote control, then on the aircraft power; landing the aircraft power first, then turn off the remote control power.
1. Check if the ESC indicator is correct. Whether the LED indicator flashes normally.
2. Check whether there is any abnormality in each electronic device (such as abnormal vibration, abnormal sound, abnormal heat, etc.).
3. Check if the work of the gimbal is normal.
4. Unlock the throttle slightly and observe whether the motors rotate normally.

Third, during the flight 1, the flying hand should always be aware of the aircraft's attitude, flight time, aircraft position and other important information.
2. Ensure that the aircraft and personnel are at a safe distance.
3. Ensure that the aircraft has enough power to return safely.
4. If the over-the-horizon flight is carried out, important information such as the attitude of the aircraft displayed in the ground station, altitude, speed, battery voltage, and number of GPS satellites should be closely monitored.
5. If the aircraft has a large fault, it can avoid the possibility of a crash. First, ensure personnel safety.
6. After the flight of the aircraft is over, ensure that the remote control has been locked, then cut off the power of the aircraft, then turn off the power of the remote control, and then turn off the power of other types of electronic equipment.
7. Check the battery level after the flight, visual inspection of the aircraft, and check the airborne equipment.
8, finishing the equipment.

Maintenance notes:
1. When the lithium battery is not used for a long time, the battery should be discharged. The storage voltage of the single-chip battery is recommended to be maintained at 3.8V. Otherwise it will affect the battery life.
2. The full-voltage voltage of a single lithium-ion battery cannot exceed 4.2V. Excessive charging may cause the battery drum to even explode.
3. When charging the lithium battery, please note that the charging current should not be too large and should not exceed the charging current specified by the battery.
4. Lithium batteries should be kept away from inflammable and explosive materials.

special attention items:
1. When debugging the aircraft, be sure to ensure that the propeller is not installed on the motor (the aircraft is prohibited from being commissioned when the propeller is installed on the motor, otherwise accidents may occur).
2. It is strictly forbidden to carry the indoor and outdoor hand-held paddle test. If you have special test requirements, please wear goggles.
3. It is strictly forbidden to take off in close proximity. Please keep the distance of the aircraft more than 3 meters.
4. It is strictly forbidden to suddenly push the throttle off the ground to avoid the aircraft's attitude error and uncontrollable collision.
5. It is strictly forbidden for other personnel outside the non-test flying hand to tamper with the remote control to avoid accidents caused by misoperation.
6. It is strictly forbidden to hand-land the landing aircraft under any circumstances.
7. It is strictly forbidden for the aircraft to fall behind, the paddle has not stopped or the self-locking to pick up the aircraft, and it is necessary to ensure that the aircraft will move after self-locking.
