(1) Improve the safety and reliability of the mechanical structure of the luminaire
The safety and reliability of the mechanical structure are mainly ensured by the reasonable design of the mechanical structure, the selection of materials, and the control of the machining accuracy of the parts. Taking into account the requirements of the omnidirectional work of the luminaire, the mechanical structure is made of hard aluminum alloy as much as possible to reduce the weight and increase the strength. All types of safety structures are designed with 10 times the ability to withstand and pass multiple impact tests. The accuracy of the parts is controlled through strict supplier screening and quality inspection.
(2) Ensure that the power supply system and the electronic control system are stable and have no grid interference.
The ballast uses a 1500W electronic ballast produced in the United States. The ballast adopts constant power control mode, the output power is stable, the power factor is up to 0.99, the fluctuation range is <±1%, and the total harmonic content is THD<20%, which has no pollution to the power grid. Wide operating voltage range: AC180-250V, output efficiency up to 90%. The Switching Power Supply adopts a 200W AC/DC switching regulator power supply manufactured by a well-known power supply manufacturer in Taiwan. Wide operating voltage range: AC100-240V. The power factor is >0.98 and the efficiency is as high as 86%. Complete protection design: including overvoltage/undervoltage protection, overheat protection, overload protection, short circuit protection, and maximum protection of lamps in harsh environments. The perfect EMI design fully complies with the EN61000-3-2 standard, and the interference to the luminaire control system is minimized to ensure stable and reliable operation of the luminaire.
The electronic control system is independently researched and developed by Caiyu Company. After years of perfection and upgrade, the performance is stable and reliable. The system platform uses the high-end single-chip microcomputer of MICROCHIP, which has a fast processing speed. The complete protection design ensures that the control system operates normally and reliably in extremely harsh environments.
(3) The ease of use of the software and the versatility of the data interface
The human-machine interface adopts humanized design, the menu structure uses a directory tree structure similar to WINDOWS, and the data communication protocol adopts the internationally-used DMX512 protocol, which allows users to easily install and use the lamps.
(4) Color reproduction
Selecting the color film produced in Italy, the wavelength of the color film produced by the company is controlled within ±3 nm. The substrate is made of Borofloat glass with a thickness of 1.1mm and the temperature is up to 400-450 °C.
