1. System Overview
The tunnel personnel attendance positioning and safety monitoring system is a new type of tunnel construction personnel positioning and safety management system. The system establishes a wireless base station in the tunnel to allow construction personnel to wear a positioning card, and thus can determine the concrete construction personnel in the tunnel in real time. (2) Path tracking. The system can track the trajectory of the personnel in the hole, record the monitoring points they have passed and their stay time at each monitoring point.
(3) Short Messages. The management center outside the hole can send short messages to the inside of the cave through the management software. The cave personnel can send a short message to the management center outside the cave through the identification card with LCD screen.
(4) Attendance statistics. The system has a strong attendance ability, personnel do not need to line up close to the base station, 100 people can quickly enter the hole at the same time can also correct attendance. The system automatically records the entrance and exit times of personnel, and automatically generates daily attendance and monthly attendance reports, providing basic information on attendance management for tunnel construction.
(5) Regional statistics. The system can automatically count the number of people in each region and adopt two kinds of regional statistical methods according to different situations. For areas with narrow entrances, entrance statistics can be used, and entrances and exits can be used.
The statistical method is the same; for areas where there are no narrow entrances, base stations and statistical methods can be used, that is, the number of people detected by each base station in the area is added to obtain the total number of people in the area.
(6) Data storage. The system has the ability to save data for a long time. It stores the attendance location information in the database and can conveniently query the history of attendance location.
(7) System self-diagnosis. The system has a self-diagnosis function that can automatically detect the failure of the base station. When the base station fails, it will send a prompt message.
(8) Anomaly out of the hole. The system can automatically detect when the person is not in the hole for a long period of time (for example, more than 12 hours), and send a prompt message.
(9) Data backup. The system has convenient data backup and data restoration functions.
(10) Operation records. The system automatically records the administrator's operations so that the administrator can be supervised for proper management.
(11) User Rights Management. The system has a user rights management function. Only registered users can use this system. Registered users are divided into administrators and ordinary users, administrators can perform all operations, ordinary users can only access the attendance location information.
(12) Network sharing. The system has a network sharing function. It can access attendance location information through the local area network to provide timely real-time monitoring information and historical information for the leaders of the various departments of the tunnel and upper levels, providing an important basis for them to supervise command decisions.
4. Security Management
After the occurrence of underground construction disasters, timely knowledge of the location, number of people, and on-site distribution information of the burial personnel is crucial for the rational and effective arrangement of rescue. After the accidents of landslip, water inrush and mud surge in tunnels, the following procedures are applied to the emergency rescue of personnel:
(1) According to the position information provided, immediately organize the rescue of the victim, the organization to withdraw or take other measures to protect other people in the damage area (lower casualties are the key).
(2) To quickly control the situation and detect and monitor the hazards caused by the accident, and measure the hazard area, the nature of the hazard and the degree of harm (important priority tasks) of the accident.
