The project has already met the conditions for tendering. It is now conducting an open tender and invited bidders with the intention to participate in the bidding.
2. Project overview and scope of tender
2.1 Construction site: Fengbosheng, Yongping Town, Yanchuan County.
2.2 Project Scale: It is planned to build 39 new five-generation greenhouses, each with a length of 60 meters, a net width of 9 meters, a back wall height of 4.5 meters, and 39 greenhouse operation rooms, and supporting the construction of drainage ditch and other basic projects.
2.3 Plan duration: 90 days.
2.4 Bidding Scope: All contents of drawings and bills of quantities.
2.5 Estimated price of the project: 2.15 million yuan.
2.6 Division of tenders: The project is divided into one bid section for construction.
3, applicant qualification requirements
3.1 After the qualification, the construction requires the construction of the tender: The applicant has the qualification for the general contracting of the construction engineering and the qualification of the third party and above, and has the corresponding construction ability in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds. The project manager is qualified as a professional secondary construction engineer and above in construction engineering and an effective safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as a project manager for other projects under construction.
3.2 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.
3.3 Any provincial enterprise that has not entered basic enterprise information in Shaanxi Shaanxi Construction Market Supervision and Credit Information Integration Platform shall not participate in this tender.
4, qualification examination method
This bid adopts the method of post-qualification review to conduct qualification review on bidders. The conditions, standards, and methods for qualification assessment are detailed in the bidding documents.
5. Obtaining tender documents:
5.1 When registering, you must bring in the unit introduction letter, legal person power of attorney and authorized person ID card, business license, qualification certificate, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, account opening permit, project project manager qualification certificate, and safety assessment qualified B certificate. Provide a “letter for the inquiry of bribery crime files†issued by the procuratorial organs above the county level; the above registration documents must provide the original and three copies of the official seal.
5.2 The bidders are requested to provide daily bidding for the period from December 30, 2016 to January 6, 2017 (closed on holidays) from 9:30 to 12:00, and from 14:00 to 17:00.
