Taiwan's research and development of intelligent control LED lights can be automatically adjusted with indoor brightness

According to reports, Taiwan’s “Industrial Research Institute” set up a theme pavilion at the “2012 Taiwan International Lighting Technology Exhibition” on the 13th, showing the research and development energy of LEDs in LEDs, from indoor to outdoor LED full light source applications, including LED light steel frame lighting, LED smart people lighting, LED smart street lights, LED outdoor landscape lights, etc., a number of market potential technology.

Zheng Mingshan, head of the intelligent energy-saving system technology group of the Institute of Green Energy and Environment of Taiwan Institute of Technology, said that “Smart Control LED Light Steel Frame Lighting” is a standard office lighting, which can replace the existing traditional T8/T5 tube. The luminaires, together with the intelligent control system developed by ITRI in the back of the luminaire, can independently dim and adjust the color temperature.

Zheng Mingshan pointed out that usually the color temperature in the morning is about 4000K, about 6000K at noon, and about 3000K in the evening. This set of "smart control LED light steel frame lighting fixtures" can automatically adjust the brightness with the increase or decrease of daylight or auxiliary lighting to maintain the same illumination. It does not affect the lighting quality, and at the same time achieves energy-saving and comfortable working lighting environment, and has a stylish and thin (2 cm) design, which can be designed as a whole with the indoor situation.

Zheng Mingshan said that LED life is very long. Usually, most of the lamp failures occur in the DC/AC power supply. Therefore, ITRI will further integrate the power supply into the intelligent control system to smoothly reduce costs and extend service life. It is expected that the technical transfer will be carried out at the end of 2012 or early 2013.

In addition, ITRI exhibited "A19 Bulb Lamp Packaging Technology". The entire 10 watt LED bulb was replaced with a heat-dissipating plastic. The exterior was fitted with many backlight LEDs. The illumination angle was larger than that of a general LED bulb. In the interior decoration, it illuminates a large range, and the heat dissipation mechanism is improved a lot, weighing only 100 grams, which is quite light.
