Luminus Device Corporation has announced that it has established a wholly-owned subsidiary with Toyota Tsusho Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Group. Under the agreement, Toyota Tsusho USA will distribute Luminus' PhlatLight products and provide technical support to Luminus' customers in China, Taiwan, Korea and Mexico.
