As one of the key technologies of intelligent transportation system, intelligent vehicles are the carriers of many high-tech integrated integration. It embodies the comprehensive technology of vehicle engineering, artificial intelligence, automatic control and computer technology, and is the trend of future automobile development. This paper proposes a smart car system design scheme based on STM32F103 chip as the control core, with infrared sensor to collect external information and detect obstacles. Make full use of the high-speed computing and processing capabilities of the chip to realize the automatic identification of the car to walk and avoid obstacles, and display the car's motion parameters in real time through the LCD display, using the PWM output function of the chip to adjust the duty cycle step by step. Adjust the speed of the motor. Through the combination of fuzzy control and PWM pulse width modulation technology, the accuracy of vehicle position control is improved.

1 system hardware circuit design

According to the design requirements in the title, the system is mainly composed of a main control single chip module, a power supply module, a motor drive module, a black line detection module, a liquid crystal display module and a power supply module. The block diagram of this system is shown in Figure 1.

1.1 main control MCU module

The controller is mainly used to control the movement of the motor, the detection of black lines and the display of related information. This design adopts STM32 as the controller, which has excellent performance, good portability, improved control efficiency of DC motor, and modular design of control system, which is conducive to the function expansion and upgrade of smart car. The core control board of this system is the minimum system of STM32F103. It consists of power supply circuit, real-time clock, system clock circuit, JTAG interface circuit, reset circuit, user LED and button circuit, serial port circuit and so on.

Because the car needs to be reversed, two infrared sensors are installed on the front and rear ends of the car for the accuracy of reversing. The signals detected by the two infrared sensors at the front end of the car are input into the single-chip GPIOB12 and GPIOB13, and the two rear-end infrared sensors detect The signal is input to the single-chip GPIOB12 and GPIOB13. After the single-chip is processed, the DC motor is controlled by the GPIOE3-GPIOE6 drive circuit. The display module displays the recorded result with 24 inch tft as the core.
