First install the fuse, the original 5A did not, with 6.3A replacement, looking for a long time on the old version, only found the diode, did not find the same bridge pile, forget not to find, directly replace the induction cooker bridge, power board Separate power test machine, well, the motherboard power supply 7.6V, high voltage board power supply 18V, connect the motherboard cable (high voltage board cable is not connected), the red light is on, press the remote control, the green light is on, then measure the PFC field The effect tube G pole, the voltage is about 0.4 volts, indicating that the circuit is basically normal, shut down and discharge, install the FET and resistor, plug in all the cables, turn it on again, everything is normal, and the repair is successful. Remarks: This power board does not have a mainboard power supply of 5V. When standby, it outputs 7.6V (for the main board) and 18V (for the high voltage board). After booting, it outputs 11.9V (for the main board) and 24V (for the high voltage board).
