Liqing's revenue increased 18% in the first half of the year, LED lights are expected to create new kinetic energy

Affected by the traditional off-season factors such as the May 1 holiday and the depreciation of the Renminbi, Li Qing, the Taiwanese LED lamp factory focusing on mainland China, had a revenue of 230 million yuan (NTD, the same below), a slight decline of 3% from May's revenue. It also lost 10% compared with the same period of last year, but the accumulated revenue for the first half of the year was 1.77 billion yuan, an increase of 18%.

Li Qing said that the traditional off-season factors such as the May 1 holiday and the depreciation of the RMB were the main factors that caused the company's revenue to be unfavorable.

However, observing the current performance of new car sales in mainland China, Li Qing’s supervisor pointed out that the trend of brand car manufacturers actively introducing LED lights for new cars continues to grow. Major customers such as Great Wall have increased demand for Liqing LED headlight module products, which is expected to bring positive attention to the company's overall operations.

Li Qing executives observed that although the sales of major new cars in China and the United States have slowed down, the development of new car models for brand car manufacturers is still dominated by energy saving and carbon reduction. Therefore, the market penetration rate of LED headlights will continue to rise in the future. Capacity has the opportunity to scale up with the economy, which can effectively reduce the average cost of LED headlights per car and accelerate application.
