The General Administration of Anti-Dumping of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued a notice saying that the bureau issued a final review of the new exporters of compact fluorescent lamps (CompactFluorescent Lamps) of OSRAM (China) Lighting Co., Ltd. on November 12.
The final ruling determined that the export price of compact fluorescent lamps produced by OSRAM (China) during the investigation period and exported to India was lower than the normal value. The Indian Anti-Dumping Administration recommended that the company's products be taxed at US$0.16 each.
