1: Proposal of the problem

Do a line of industrial structure design, not using proe or ug, the other is really not universal. Among them, proe is widely circulated. Proe has a beginner stage, and the first problem encountered, perhaps the problem encountered in the early stage of school is how to manage a structural design project. This problem may be the one he first encountered, and it has been a problem that has been lingering like a bone.

Proe software does not support Chinese names, which is an important issue. The file name is not easy to browse by us.

Another important issue is how to standardize a structural design project, with a total assembly drawing, a component drawing, a part drawing, and standard parts. If you don't normalize this problem, the more products he designs, the more chaotic it will be. Needless to say, the project designed by him three months ago may not be understood by himself.

2: Classification of documents in the project

First of all, all the documents in the structural design project are divided into three categories: one is the assembly drawing and the part drawing, the first is the standard drawing, and the first is the alternative drawing of the drawing of the same name. In fact, there are various files generated by the system. Generally, do not delete them, let them stay in the project. As long as the file system is good, they won't interfere with your browsing.

The characteristics and division principles of these four types of drawings are described below.

2.1 Assembly drawings and parts drawings

The suffix of the assembly drawing is .asm, which is divided into two categories, one of which is the total assembly drawing. It is the complete embodiment of the project, including all the drawings involved in the design. The other type is the part drawing. The part drawing means that some parts in the project are closely related to form a small drawing space. Most of them do not involve parts outside the space. This space is the part, which is also the assembly drawing.

The basic concept of a part drawing is to say that a file corresponds to a part, can not be dismantled, has completely independent expression, and is designed by engineers. If even a thin film is attached to a part, make the film another part. Because they come out with different drawings in the future, they are used by different industries.

2.2 Standard parts

The so-called standard parts are standardized parts drawings that have been drawn in advance in accordance with national standards of China or foreign countries. These drawings can be used directly in structural design engineering and cannot be modified by the designer. For example, if a screw needs to be drilled into a hole, it must be placed in the basic part, except that the blank of the basic part is a national standard screw.

As a standard part, you must not make any modifications and use it. If this condition is not met, it cannot be treated as a standard part.

The standard parts are indispensable for the standard number and specifications, such as hexagon socket screws, the standard number is GBT70_1_2000, and the specifications are M10X30.

A combination of standard parts like bearings, it has two layers, one is the assembly drawing, the other is the part drawing, my approach is that they together calculate the standard parts, with the same file name prefix.

2.3 Alternative diagram

When we make the structure, or modify the original design, in order not to lose a better idea, plan, possibility, the same assembly drawing or part drawing may have two or more forms, then a part will appear. How to make the two forms coexist. It’s a good distinction, and it’s not a mess.

3: Management method of project files

The management method must be unique. If there is an enterprise standard, it must be in accordance with the standard, and it must not be messy. Otherwise, it will be inconvenient to look at it yourself or others.

This paper puts forward the current project management method of the company. Of course, it is not the original document. It just puts the description of the file naming rules here. I hope that everyone can standardize a set of effective methods.
