The new headlamps developed by Shiguang Industrial Company have also broken through the technical drawbacks of traditional LED lights and added newer technologies and functions. The new headlamp single-sided lamp consists of two fixed components and a rotating component. The fixed component and the rotating component are equipped with a set of white LED lights. The white LEDs equipped with each component use four LED chips. On the component side, the fixed component is a projector type, and the rotating component can be rotated using a progressive motor. Among them, the rotating component adopts a relatively different new configuration, and the light from the white LED lamp is reflected twice, and finally irradiated to the front of the vehicle.

The advantage of this new type of white LED variable headlamp is that it can change the light distribution mode according to different conditions such as straight-through, turning, highway driving, urban driving, and weather changes. For example, a vehicle equipped with such a white LED variable headlight can perform illumination control in front of a curve by changing the angle of the light distribution while turning, and can also rotate the optical axis of the rotating component while driving on a highway. Adjust slightly upwards and increase the output power of the LEDs to improve the visibility of the vehicle at a distance. In addition, when driving in the urban area of ​​the vehicle, the left and right rotating components can be turned to the side to illuminate the road side, or to illuminate the shoulders on both sides during heavy rain to improve the visibility of the guardrail and the roadside obstacle.

The total luminous flux of the LED headlamps can reach the same level with the HID xenon lamp, the lumens reach 12,000 lm, and the luminous efficiency of the LED lamps reaches 100 lm/W, the power consumption is 35 W~40 W, and the power saving and durability are both It is much better than the HID xenon lamp that is currently widely used in automobiles. At present, Shiguang Industrial has cooperated with many Japanese auto companies on this LED headlamp technology, and it is believed that it will soon appear in mass production models.
