In this trial, I chose a green oil pre-processing machine that is relatively good for the actual operating environment of the equipment.
The equipment process is: board loading → pickling, water washing → grinding board → water washing → high pressure water washing, absorbing dry → strong wind drying, hot air drying → boarding out.

When the board position photoelectric switch senses that a circuit board is put in, it will automatically turn on the load of each section of the equipment in turn. The pickling section sprays acid liquid to clean the surface of the circuit board, such as oil, dust, etc., and the washing board behind the pickling. Then the circuit board enters the grinding section to remove the oxide layer on the surface of the board with a brush. After the grinding is processed, the copper powder on the surface of the board is cleaned with overflow water, and then the copper powder in the pores of the circuit board is cleaned with high-pressure water. Then dry the circuit board by sucking it dry, blowing it with strong wind, and drying it with hot air. Finally, the board is discharged for the next process; the actual situation is shown in the attached drawing.

The following are the advantages and disadvantages of PLC. Because of the short use time, it is my personal opinion and is for reference only.
advantage:1: The programming software has a friendly interface, simple and convenient to use, rich and informative help content, basically every functional instruction has a detailed case program, any technician with experience in using other brands of PLC can master Haiwell PLC in a short time usage of.
2: The number of software components is extremely large, and there are 1024 timers, which is far more than other brands of the same grade PLC. The power-off holding area of ​​the soft element can be set at will, and the time base of each timer can be set at will. These two functions are eye-catching.
3: The communication function is powerful. Haiwell has already done the difficult places for users. The 485 communication does not even need to write the polling by yourself. It may be more difficult for the technicians who use the customary PLC to switch to other brands.
Insufficient: (for reference only, don’t take it seriously)
1: The appearance design is not beautiful enough, and the visual grade of the black shell is low. (Omron PLC also has a black casing, which makes people feel calm and restrained, high-end atmosphere and high-grade)
2: The operation of the DIP switch is not convenient, why not be exposed like other brands.
3: Need to configure the expansion module information in the programming software, personally think it is not necessary, like other brands, let the PLC automatically identify the physical configuration of the expansion module.
