Steps to create a storage oscilloscope data U diskChoose a U disk with a capacity below 4G, preferably a genuine big brand. I chose the Kingston 2G U disk. Then plug it into your computer. As shown below:
Then we downloaded a type conversion software on the computer, and I chose to use the Promise partition software. There are a lot of similar software, you can download and install it after Baidu search. As shown below:
When we open this software, we can see through the red box 2 that our U disk type is NTFS. Such a USB disk will experience problems when storing the oscilloscope data. We have to convert it. We click on NTFS to convert to FAT32 converter (red box 1). As shown below:
Immediately after the previous step, the converter window will pop up. We select NTFS to convert to FAT32 (red box 1) and click Next (red box 2). Then a new window will pop up, see our U disk and select our U disk, then click Next. Never choose a computer hard drive for conversion. As shown below:
When we successfully converted, we found the U disk icon (red box 1) through my computer, and did the following: right-attribute-popup window. We see from the window: type: removable disk; system file: FAT32 (red box 2). This shows that our conversion to FAT32 was successful.
