S7200CPU
SF is used as system error/fault display, in red, such as internal error, user program error (watchdog error, indirect addressing, illegal floating point number, address range error, etc.)
RUN Green, running mode.
STOP Yellow, stop mode.
DP distributed I/O, (CPU 215 only).
S7300CPU
The SF indicator is used as a system error/fault display, in red, the CPU hardware is faulty or the software is faulty, and is lit when the diagnostic function module is faulty.
BATF is a battery failure, red, low battery voltage or no battery.
DC5V +5V power supply indication, green, CPU and S7300 bus 5V power supply is normal.
FRCE Forced, yellow, lights up when at least one I/O is forced.
RUN mode, green, when the CPU is in the RUN state, it lights up at 2Hz when restarting, and flashes at 0.5Hz when it is in HOLD state.
STOP stop mode, yellow, always on when the CPU is in STOP, HOLD state or restart, flashing at 0.5Hz when requesting memory reset, flashing at 2Hz when memory reset is being performed, memory reset required due to memory card insertion It flashes at a frequency of 0.5 Hz.
BUSF bus error, red, PROFIBUS-DP interface hardware or software failure, the CPU with integrated DP port has this LED (such as CPU 315-2DP), the CPU with integrated 2 DP ports has two LEDs ( BUS1F and BUS2F).
S7400CPU
INTF red, internal fault, such as user program running timeout, user program error.
EXTF red, external faults such as power failure, I/O mask failure.
FRCE is yellow and lights up when at least one I/O is forced.
RUN Green, running mode.
STOP Yellow, stop mode.
BUS1F red, bus fault of MPI/PROFIBUS-DP interface 1.
BUS2F red, bus fault of MPI/PROFIBUS-DP interface 2.
MSTR is yellow and the CPU is running.
REDF red, redundant error.
RACK0 is yellow and the CPU is in rack 0.
RACK1 is yellow and the CPU is in rack 1.
IFM1F is red and interface submodule 1 is faulty.
IFM2F is red and interface submodule 2 is faulty.

The power supply frequency of the S7400 power module can be automatically adjusted from 48Hz to 64Hz.
